Hours
Skypax can receive all courier deliveries within business hours 9am - 5.30pm, Monday-Friday, and often outside these hours. Unsuccessful delivery attempts such as weekends or after-hours, will typically be re-attempted by the courier on the next working day.
We accept all packages. It is not possible for us to check packages at the point of delivery due to volumes, and so it is not possible for us to reject a package.
PIN Codes
More couriers are requiring the driver to confirm a delivery PIN code. We have a button within your suite dashboard where you can submit a PIN code to help our staff find it easily and quickly to give to the drivers and avoid failed delivery attempts.
Liability
Skypax is not liable for deliveries that fail to reach our warehouse. This includes courier misdeliveries to wrong addresses, or where the courier states the package was delviered but provides no photographic evidence showing delivery at our warehouse.
