My package has been delivered but it is not showing in my suite yet?

We log packages Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) during our opening hours of 9 AM until 5:30 PM. Package processing can take up to 2 working days; however, we usually process packages within 1 working day.

Processing may take longer if we cannot identify the correct suite for a package due to incorrect address information including packages being sent in a name not associated with your account and incorrect or missing suite numbers.
