My package has been delivered but it is not showing in my suite yet?

We log packages Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) during our opening hours of 9 AM until 5:30 PM. 


Our aim is for the majority of packages to be processed within 2 working days; however, many will be processed within 1 working day. During busy periods such as Christmas, processing may take a little longer.

Processing may take longer if we cannot identify the correct suite for a package due to incorrect address information, including packages being sent in a name not associated with your account and incorrect or missing suite numbers.


If several days have passed and you are concerned about a package you are expecting, it is helpful to provide the tracking number, retailer or sender's name, and description of the items, when contacting us.
