Once you have signed up, you will receive your unique Skypax address. Use this address as the delivery or shipping address when purchasing from a store.
For help using the address, please log in to your suite and hover your mouse cursor over the help icon next to "My Address" for guidance on the correct address format.
When an item arrives with us our team will open the package, inspect the item and log it into your suite. Once it has been logged into your suite you will be notified by email. You can log into your suite to view the packages we are holding for you, and when ready to ship, you can request despatch through our online checkout.
