How do I ship my packages?

To request a shipment:

1) Click the "My Suite" button in the top right-hand corner of our website
2) Log in to your suite using your suite number or email address and password
3) You will see a list of all the packages we hold for you. Select the packages you wish to ship and click on the "Despatch" button below the table
4) Complete the checkout process, providing the shipping address, selecting the shipping method, and completing the payment
5) You will receive an email confirmation that your ship request has been received and another despatch confirmation when we have processed the shipment.
