Yes, we open all packages as part of our logging process. This is necessary to ensure items are not restricted by law or courier restrictions and to enable us to provide contents descriptions for customers and customs documentation.
We treat all packages with the utmost care. In most cases, the original outer packing is discarded as we repack items into our own boxes to provide protection during transit. We make every attempt not to break retail seals.
