Transit times shown on our shipping calculator are estimates, not guarantees. They are based on information provided by each courier.

Refunds for transit time guarantees are not available when using our services.

How Transit Times Are Calculated

• Transit times are usually shown in working days only.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not included.

• The time starts from the day the parcel is collected by the courier and enters their network,

  • not from when the request is placed with Skypax.

What Can Affect Transit Times

Actual delivery times may be longer than estimated due to factors such as:

• Adverse weather (e.g. storms, snow, fog) affecting flights or road transport

• Processing delays at major courier hubs or distribution centres

• Customs clearance delays in the destination country

• Difficulties delivering to the final address (e.g. remote locations, access issues, incorrect/incomplete address)

How Can Transit Times Be Checked?

Most couriers allow transit times to be checked for their own network.
You can visit the courier’s website and use their transit time or delivery time tools to check typical transit times for your chosen service and route.

How Can I Speed Up My Shipment?

Couriers do not offer a way to “speed up” a shipment once it is in their network.

You can help minimise potential delays by:

• Providing accurate contact details

• Ensuring the delivery address is complete and correct

• Supplying accurate item values when requesting a despatch

We also offer an Urgent Handling option when placing your despatch so we can process your request at the earliest opportunity.

If the courier has already collected shipments for that day, your shipment will not be collected until the next working day, even with Urgent Handling.
