Where Extra Protection is selected, we will provide additional packaging to ensure that the items have enhanced protection during shipping. Extra protection does not guarantee that the items will not be damaged during shipping but is designed to reduce the likelihood of damage occurring within reasonable limits. Extra protection provides additional protection for the goods, which, in most cases, should remain a similar weight and dimensions of the original package.
Staff will assess each extra protection request and use their best judgment to repack most appropriately to provide enhanced protection. Extra protection may include enhanced cushioning between items or inner packaging, extra strong outer boxes, and other packaging inserts.
Should you require further protection, we can also offer custom packing that may increase the weight and dimensions of the package more substantially, including crating. Please get in touch with customer support to discuss enhanced packing options.
