Can I cancel my Concierge order?

We may be able to accept the cancellation of your order depending on the order status; please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Once our Concierge team have placed an order, we can only cancel within the terms of the retailers' cancellation policy. Please note that the Concierge order fee or in-store collection fee is not refundable.
