When our concierge team places a concierge order, they will follow the instructions specified on the order ticket. You may specify that we cancel and refund the unavailable item(s) but proceed with the rest of the order or that if a particular item is unavailable, we cancel the whole order.
If we cannot purchase any items from the order, the whole order will be refunded, including the concierge fee. However, if some items on the order are purchased, the respective concierge fee for the remaining order value will apply.
