We log packages Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) during our opening hours of 9 AM until 6 PM. Package processing can take up to 2 working days; however, we normally process packages within 1 working day of receiving them.
Processing may take longer if we are unable to identify the correct suite for a package due to incorrect address information including packages being sent in a name not associated with your account and incorrect or missing suite numbers.
