We usually process shipments within 24 hours of a despatch request during regular business hours Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. However, slight delays may occur due to increased volumes resulting from popular product releases or sales periods.

For time-critical shipments, we offer an "urgent handling" option which can be selected during despatch to prioritise your shipment request.

If a shipment is processed after the courier has collected shipments for the day, you will receive the tracking information from us; however, the courier will collect the shipment on the next working day.
