We normally process shipments within 24 hours of a despatch request during normal business hours Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. There may be slight delays due to increased volumes resulting from popular product releases or sales periods.

For time-critical shipments, we offer an "urgent handling" option which can be selected during despatch to prioritise your shipment request.

If a shipment has been processed after the courier has picked up for the day, you will receive the tracking information from us, however, the shipment will be collected by the courier on the next working day.
