When our concierge team places a concierge order they will follow the instructions specified on the order ticket. You may specify that we cancel and refund the unavailable item(s) but proceed with the rest of the ticket, or that if a certain item is unavailable that we cancel the whole order.
If we are unable to purchase any items from the order then the whole ticket is refunded, including the concierge fee. However, if remaining items on the ticket are purchased then the respective concierge fee for the remaining order value will apply.
