For most regular shipments containing consumer items that contain lithium-ion batteries, e.g. laptops, mobile phones, tablet computers, and e-readers, there are no extra requirements when shipping small quantities. If you plan to ship loose batteries or large quantities of electronic items together, then restrictions are likely to apply.
Our Dangerous Goods team is fully trained for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, Road, and Sea and can advise on the available shipping options for your package. Due to transport restrictions with the carriers, we are not able to ship to all destinations, and surcharges will apply.
